Great Beginnings

Braised beef, cheddar curd, and bacon demi glace, served over hand cut fries.

Stuffed with local Vermont cheddar, bacon and topped with scallion.

Local sweet sausage and Vermont cheddar with a sweet pepper sauce.

PEI fresh mussels, steamed in our house marinara with white wine and lemon. Accompanied by grilled bread for dipping.

Tender calamari tossed in lemon beurre blanc and served with marinara.

Our house made mozzarella, panko breaded and served with marinara.
